We kill ourselves with fork and knife
Most of all, our lifestyle decides how healthy we are and how long we live. A good diet is of top importance. From this basic insight everything else follows:
- avoid processed food as far as possible
- avoid all pesticides and additives in food as far as possible
- avoid especially industrially processed food
- eat as much raw food as possible, since cooking destroys valuable
enzymes
It also means:
- never smoke
- little alcohol
- no sugar
And above all, develop and keep a balanced attitude towards life. :-) This way, millions of people might easily avoid heart failure, diabetes, obesity, arthritis and many more diseases.
Most important is a permanent change of behaviour. Better start slowly and reduce sweets and meat by half and get used to your new diet before you proceed to go further. More information can be found in the more detailed items found in the menu on the left.
