- Global Cooling - a new strategy
for climate protection
There is a new plan how to get the atmosphere from warming
up to cooling down
(at 330 ppm CO2). In his book author Hans Josef Fell presents his
approach. The concept is based on two pillars:
1. Zero emission
2. Removal of carbon from the atmosphere
