Physical fitness exercises
Even if you followed Winston Churchill's adage "No sports!" all your life, it will gradually dawn on you that you have to do some exercise to keep your body mobile and flexible until old age. Here are some hints what you can do easily from home:
- go for walks
- practice simple yoga exercises
- exercises with elastic bands
- do fascia exercises (for the feet, for the back and a few more)
This way you avoid illness and do not need to take pills.
